Knowing how others view and communicate with the world you are able to influence your desired outcome. Influencing the outcome is listening with a more in-depth understanding.

• Objectives: List objectives and deliverables for coaching client and deliverables Red Shoe will complete.
• MAP: Measureable Action Plan, everything is measureable. From here we create measureable items for review and accountabilities.
• Launch: Full launch into coaching program as set up with the previous four steps.
• Review & Feedback: Progress, objectives are being met or working toward next steps.
• Recap: Exit of program, with review of objectives, goals, future recommendations, and post coaching call scheduled.
